It's time you got the message. I am continually amazed how few people actually
use voice messaging in their businesses. Here are the facts: three of the
four most successful networks in the UK in the last five years are the most
active users of voice messaging.
Kleeneze is currently the most successful networking company in the UK (in
terms of size) and its most successful group (Gavin Scott and Bob Webb)
is the largest user of voice messaging.
They rave about it. They tell everyone that they must take it. Why?
Because they have proven that people who use voice messaging make
more money.
Simon Brooks of Lifestyles was the pioneer of voice messaging in the UK.
It took just seven years for his team - who all use voice messaging - to
become the number one leader in the world.
Data-based e-mail has a tenth of the power of voice messaging. Using e-mail
over voice is a false economy. Success is so simple - I cannot believe that
anyone would need any more proof.
Voice messaging enables people to send, recede, reply to, pass on and broadcast
messages to individuals as well as large groups of people across the country
in just one call. Essentially it allows everyone who has a messaging service
to recede information, ideas and inspiration from their company and leaders
on a daily basis.
In an industry where people are scattered across the country, constant effective
verbal communication is vital. This is why all successful direct sales companies
use voice messaging in the USA and every serious UK company has signed up
in the last three years. However, many are not actively promoting it.
When you look at the test results it is amazing that voice messaging has
taken so long to reach the UK and that some networkers still do not use the
service.
The lifeblood of any network is not recruiting, as the old saying goes,
it is communication. Everyone in a network must recede valuable information
everyday if they are to feel connected, informed and inspired to work.
Information, ideas and inspiration must be passed on to new networkers every
couple of days or they rapidly lose motivation. Letters and newsletters are
too expensive and ineffective.
You cannot get people to meet so often and people need to hear the tones
in a voice to really communicate (83 percent of your telephone call communications
is the tone of your voice, the remaining 17 percent are the words).
Unfortunately, people do not effectively pass on telephone messages. AT&T's
statistics reveal that 55 percent of calls do not need two-way conversation
and 75 percent of first calls are unsuccessful.
Voice messaging saves time, hassle and money. For approximately £10
per month you are locked into instant communication. You can see why people
love it so much.
I am obviously a major fan of messaging and have been singing its praises
for 10 years now. Those that took my advice are the leading networkers in
the UK.
If you are involved or are intending to get involved in direct sales you
must have voice messaging service. So must everyone in your network, especially
new people. It should be made compulsory.
