Direct Selling Association (DSA)
The Direct Selling Association. Kleeneze are a founder member of the
association, who work closely with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT)
to regulate the industry.
IWOOT
I Want One Of Those.com is a Kleeneze company specialising in 'Big
boys toys', gadgets and adventure experiences. It's also a great
place to spend your free vouchers when you achieve Gold status.
Residual Income
A residual income is an income you receive, for work you have done
in the past. Once your team is large enough to qualify for Royalty
bonuses you earn a residual income - basically you earn from your past
efforts, whether or not you decide to continue working.
Business Kit
The Kleeneze business kit contains everything you need to get your
Kleeneze business started. The kit contains all the paperwork, manuals,
DVDs, and an initial supply of catalogues, theft you need. To get started

Conference
Kleeneze hold several conferences each year, in The UK, Ireland, Netherlands,
Germany and also in foreign destinations. They are the perfect way of
learning new skills and visiting new places. For more information about

Retail Profit
The basic commission. The difference between
what you pay Kleeneze (Wholesale) and what your Customer pays you
(Retail). The retail profit is 33% of Sales Plan Value (SPV) which
works out
to 21% of the catalogue price. See our How

Volume Profit
10% - 24% of Sales
Plan Value (SPV) (6% - 16% of Retail Value) depending on Volume of
Personal Group Sales (In other words the more
you and your team does the more you get) See our How

Royalty Bonus
Further Bonus that can be earned
as your team grows and as more teams grow from them. To find out more

Direct Selling
A method where the product is
sold directly to the end user, with no middleman(e.g.a shop). Kleeneze
is an example
of a direct selling company.
MLM / Network Marketing
A method of getting products to
end users using a network of direct agents. Usually this network is
connected by some plan
involving sponsoring, training and guidance.
Distributor
An agent appointed by Kleeneze to distribute their
products and formed in a network but able to operate independently
from one
another.
Customer Base
A collection of customers serviced by an agent
on a regular basis. At first you need to find these customers
(known as 'building a customer base') but once you have a regular
customer base the retailing becomes very easy, and even more enjoyable.
Sales Period
A four week period in which sales are accumulated
for Volume Bonus. There are 13 of these in a year.
Sponsoring
The act of introducing someone to the Kleeneze
Business Opportunity - includes training and support
for the new distributor.
Generation
When you sponsor people and they sponsor
people a group is developed and when this group is
sufficient to exist on it's
own it becomes the next generation. Royalty Bonus
is paid up to five
generations.
Bonus Points (BP)
These are the points allocated by Kleeneze to each product for the purposes
of determining progression through the different levels of the sales
plan.
Sales Plan Value (SPV)
This is the value allocated by Kleeneze to each product for the purpose of
calculating the amount of bonuses payable.
Combined Volume (CV)
This means the total Bonus Points (BP) generated by a distributorship's PSG
plus any Gold Distributorship thta was previously within the PSG and currently
not qualifying as a Gold or above.
Personal Sales Group (PSG)
A Distributorship and its downline but excluding from that downline any distributorship
that has ever achieved Gold status.
