Kleeneze move to 48 hour devliery
As announced this week (wc 12th March 2007) Kleeneze will be moving to a 48 hour delivery service. This will take effect from:
Kleeneze are committed to improving delivery accuracy from 94% (the level achieved at present), to 98%. After meetings with the network, Kleeneze realise that ensuring deliveries are accurate is far more important than offering a 24 hour service. The switch to 48 hour deliveries will mean that less orders are incorrect or late, and should be a benefit to most of us. As independent Kleeneze distributors, our businesses rely on accurate and timely deliveries from the distribution centre so we can offer unparalleled customer service. This move will ensure that continues to happen, we just need to be more aware of when we place our orders.
