Yesterday I attended Edward Ludbrook’s only UK date this year for his fantastic 100% coaching system. The day was based around training us as 100% Success Coaches who can now implement the strategies which Ed has developed to increase retention and performance in many organisations around the world.
The 100% Success system is based on coaching key skills to a level of competence which inspires confidence in new distributors. The workshop was a massive success with every attendee leaving with a wealth of knowledge and skills, and a confidence in coaching their teams.
I know that the system is going to have a dramatic impct on our business, and the successes of our future team members, and I can highly recommned the workshop to anyone serious about developing their business.
During the workshop we were introduced to Cecilia, a top leader in Scandinavia with FLP. She has been using Edward’s system for the past year and has seen dramatic results, as have many others in businesses around the world.
As a certified 100% Success Coach, I am personally looking forward to implementing this strategy within Team Eclipse and taking this business to the next level - thanks Ed!
Stage 1
If you deliver and collect back 250 catalogues per week, on average 1 in 10 catalogues will give you a £10 order, that’s £250 in orders a week, £1000 over a Kleeneze 4 week period, and earn £274 (£211 retail profit and £64 volume profit). It makes sense to grow your business by retailing and sponsoring (introducing other people).
Stage 2
If over a period of time your were to introduce 10 other people who did the same, that would earn you approximately £1,260. This means you are at GOLD DISTRIBUTOR STATUS.
Stage 3
Simply show 5 of your distributors how to do stage 2 and do stage 2 again yourself.
This means you are at SENIOR EXECUTIVE DISTRIBUTOR STATUS.
THIS IS AN ESTIMATED ANNUAL INCOME OF OTE £50,000
(Based on average earnings)
Building a team is not essential with Kleeneze, and many people earn very good incomes from personal retail alone (the top earner purely from placing catalogues last year earned over £35,000) but it’s the only way to build a residual income that keeps paying you on months when you don’t work, when you’re ill, on holiday or even after you retire! Next time we’ll look at how to build to Gold Distributor and why you won’t have to do all the work yourself!

1) The ‘most expensive debt first’ trap
Your credit card bill probably includes several different types of debt. Money and interest you owe for products you buy, cash withdrawals and for any balances you have transferred from another card. You probably think that as you are using the same card for each you will be paying one rate of interest. Not always the case! To make matters worse, the card company will not use your repayments to reduce the most expensive type of debt on your card!
In fact, your monthly repayments are probably being used to may off your ‘interest free’ or reduced rate debt, while you rack up interest on newer purchases and more expensive credit.
To avoid this situation, try and keep balance transfers on a different card to the one you use for purchases. Also try to avoid using your credit card for cash withdrawals unless it’s a real emergency as this will cost you the most, and you’ll have to pay a handling fee too!
2) The ‘direct debit’ trap
Setting up a direct debit for monthly credit card repayments is a great idea. While late payment fees are now capped at £12, these can be easily avoided by setting up a direct debit payment that will clear in plenty of time. There is a down side to direct debit though. Most card issuers will set up your debit by default to only pay the minimum amount. This increases the life of the debt, and the total repayable, often meaning a debt takes 20 - 30 years or more to clear!
When setting up your direct debit, enter in the fixed amount you can afford every month. If your card issuer won’t accept this, continue to pay the minimum by direct debit, and pay an additional amount off each month by cash or cheque.
3) The ‘minimum repayment’ trap
Many people only repay the minimum on your credit card bill each month. This might seem to cost you less in the short term, but you could still be paying it off in 40 years as the tiny payments barely reduce the interest you owe, creating a debt cycle.
In most cases, just paying a few pounds more a month can dramatically cut the overall time it will take to clear your debt and save money. For example, on an average balance of £2,950.82 a consumer would pay £2,200 less in interest if they repaid 3% rather than 2% each month, and they would repay the full debt almost 15 years earlier!
If you have debts on credit cards, try to pay off what you can afford each month. Start with the card that has the highest interest rates first and take advantage of interest free balance transfers when available.
4) Earn more to reduce the debt
A few hours a week running a Kleeneze home business could easily earn you £200 - £500 or more each month. Just using half of that extra income to pay off your credit cards will get you out of debt many years faster, while putting extra cash in your pocket at the same time. The survey, by Help the Aged and Barclays, found that a quarter of people approaching retirement age have outstanding consumer credit commitments.
It said there had been “considerable growth” in sums of money borrowed by credit users, including older people.
UK consumers owe more than £1 trillion in secured and unsecured borrowing.
The reason for this debt is a combination of factors but one thing is sure, if more people realised that a simple home based business could not only bring in a few hundred extra pounds each month, but even lead to substantial residual earnings even in retirement, these figures would be very different.
While Help the Aged head of policy, David Sinclair, warns of a “ticking timebomb”, our industry is seeing massive growth and a bright future. We are in one of the very few truly recession proof industries, and have the answer to so many people’s problems - we just need to spread the word and educate the public about this fantastic opportunity.

Buying a franchise allows you to set up your own business without starting from scratch. You use a tried and tested formula, and benefit from the experience and support of the franchisor (the company offering the franchise). It also means you can enjoy all the benefits of self-employment with considerably less risk than if you started a business on your own.
Why Kleeneze?
The average investment for a franchise in the UK is £45,400, though this varies dependent on the sector. Around half of franchisees borrow money to set up – the average amount being £50,500. Kleeneze, on the other hand, costs between £75-£165 to set up and rather than wait six months to two years before you yield a profit, you can reap the cash rewards straight away with no overheads or employment or staff costs. In fact, you can be in profit with your new Kleeneze business within a couple of weeks! And of course, there are no restrictions on earnings – whether you’re looking to earn £50 a week or £400k a year, it’s entirely up to you.
FRANCHISOR INITIAL INVESTMENT TYPE OF BUSINESS
Kleeneze From £75
McDonald’s From £40,000
The Wheelie Bin Cleaning Co. From £9,975
Ovenclean £14,000
The Tanning Shop £25,000
Tumble Tots Ltd £6,000
Molly Maid UK £16,975
Considering most people wish to start their own business in order to have both financial and personal freedom, Kleeneze ticks all the boxes. As part of the Kleeneze network, one of the most important benefits of being a Distributor is the level of support you receive. Your team will help you to build and run your business successfully – the perfect fusion of being part of a growing Network while having the freedom to run a business that’s entirely your own.

Classifieds and Free-ads
As the names suggest, these are the web equivalents of their offline counterparts. A quick search on Google will show up hundreds of possible sites to choose from. Some will require you to pay for commercial advertising, but there are many which are entirely free, although for legal reasons you may have to register as a business user. As with offline adverts the key is to be short and sweet. Keep your advert to the point, just a teaser, and direct them to your site. Giving a contact telephone number in your advert can help attract more prospects. While most will choose not to use it, simply having it there makes your advert look more trustworthy and less likely to be an ‘Internet scam’.
Blog comments
Most blogs (weB-LOGS), allow users to post comments. If done correctly this can give you some good links back to your own site. When you find a blog which you like, and is likely to be read by your target audience, click on the comment button at the bottom of the post and leave a ‘valuable’ comment. The key word there is valuable. Don’t spam, if you don’t have anything useful to write then don’t post a comment, but if you can spare a few moments and give some positive and useful feedback on the blog, which adds value to the page, then your comment will be welcomed. Most blogs are set up so that you can enter the URL of your own site which is linked to from your name. If a visitor reads your comment and finds it useful or interesting, there is a good chance they will click to find out more about you and your business.
eBay
Historically, trying to advertise a Network Marketing business on eBay was very difficult. eBay rules state that auction listings are not for advertising, and outbound links are banned. However, a fairly recent addition to eBay are local classified listings. Instead of a regular auction, or ‘buy it now’ listing, eBay now allow businesses to advertise as classifieds which show up at the bottom of regular search results. Pricing is fixed and paid for a month in advance at a very reasonable price. This feature is very new and currently not being used by many people although I’m sure it will become more popular as more people find out about it. There is a second way to advertise on eBay while abiding to their rules. If you are a regular buyer or seller you can have your own page called a ME page. This is supposed to be used to tell your buyers about your business, what you’re selling on eBay, what your shipping costs are etc. but it does allow outbound links. Make sure you have an advert for your Network marketing business, and a link to your lead capture site on there otherwise you could be missing some valuable clicks.
Social Networking
Unless you’ve had your head in a paper bag for the last couple of years you’ll have come across the social networking sites. MySpace, Facebook, Bebo and the rest may get a grilling in the media and promoted as a great way of wasting time for spotty teenagers, but the fact is they are a great tool for promoting your business. By their very nature they make it very easy to make new contacts, communicate with them, and spread the word about your business. An in depth look at how best to use them for our purposes goes beyond the scope of this post and will have to wait for another day, but if you’ve overlooked them until now be sure to check them out. Facebook alone appears to have grown out of nowhere and is currently ranked as the 7th most popular site in the world according to Alexa so make sure some of those users are clicking through to your site!
