Happy new year everyone… Wow, what an amazing year 2006 was. I’m sure by now the turkey sandwiches are a distant memory and you’re back to business, looking to explode your teams into 2007. Well, what better way to motivate yourself and your team than the Kleeneze conference in a couple of days.

The new year conference is, in my opinion, the best meeting of the year. This year’s will be even more special as this will be the first conference since our new backers, Findel PLC, took over back in October. Well, yesterday was the Kleeneze Christmas Conference 2006. Not only was the new Christmas book launched, the destination for the European conference 2007 was announced as Cannes and there was loads more exciting news!

It may be July but Christmas is only just around the corner for us! Tickets for the Christmas conference, to be held at the NIA in Birmingham on 2nd September, are now available. For a limited period these will be on sale at a reduced price of just £10. Not only that, but all distributors who have joined the business since 7th January this year can get a free ticket by calling 0870 730 0145 and giving their name and account number.

So why should you be there? Now that the European conference has been moved to the summer, you could be forgiven for thinking that there wasn’t the incentive to build your business as fast over the summer months - wrong! Kleeneze have just announced that a new incentive will be running to qualify for an amazing sounding night of entertainment at Warwick castle in October.

To qualify:

• Across Periods 7, 8 and 9, make it to Gold and hold it for one more period (e.g. make Gold in 7 and hold it in 8 or 9).
• At Gold and above – move up the Sales Plan and hold it for one more period (as above.)

The party will be held on 2 dates, 7th and 8th October and will be a fantastic way to celebrate your achievments this year with your team. If the entertainment is anything like what Kleeneze laid on in Budapest it will be a night to remember. There will be stolling entertainment, a fantastic meal and a special guest speak (TBA)… Make sure you are there!

Wow - what a conference!  Budapest truley is a beautiful city and we certainly got to see it in style.  238 attendees were rewarded for their efforts this year with a fantastic celebration.  From the moment we arrived Kleeneze looked after us in style.  From the river cruise to the gala dinner at the world famous Gundel restaurant it really was a weekend to remember.  The Hilton hotel was located right in the heart of the Castle District in the old walled city and the room windows had marvelous views out across the Danube.  Of course the training from the network stars was also great to hear, the atmosphere was electric and I don’t know about anyone else, but I certainly can’t wait for next year!

What a conference! The New Years sales conference this year was amazing - there simply is no other word for it. Thousands of distributors from all over The UK, Ireland, Holland and Germany attended the event in Birmingham where 11 cars were awarded to distributors moving up through the payplan. Four Mini Coopers, and seven BMWs were given away, a total of quarter of a million pounds worth of cars in one day - a new world record!

The truely amazing thing is, these cars are given to top performers for achieving their own goals… How would it feel to have reached a new personal highest level of income in your life and then being given a car as an extra reward for all your hard work!

I must be honest and say that the car incentives have never really inspired me that much. My thoughts were always along the lines of, “what’s so inspiring about someone who’s been with the company for years and has a massive team being given a car - I’ll never get there…”, but… that’s where I was wrong!

These cars were being awarded not just to the very top levels of the pay plan, but to Bronze Executives and above… and Cressy and I are aiming for Bronze this year! We will be in the running for a Mini Cooper within the next few months and seeing them with my own eyes really made me think - why not me?

Of course there was lots of other news. The launch date for Germany has been confirmed as May of this year which is fantastic news - 90 million fresh prospects! And of course all those new prospects will get us well on the way to a new car
