This year’s conference took on a James Bond theme as Patrick Jolly gave us our 007 mission… to empty the Kleeneze warehouse and share in a 14 million pound payout over the next 3 months!

The conference was a great success and some great new incentives and initiatives were announced:

  • All new starters hitting 13% within their first 3 months get a free retail kit.
  • Fast track UK Super 200 kits delivered within 24 hours.
  • Service centre has 18 new staff and now open until 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm Saturday.
  • New Greeneze specialogue packed with eco-friendly products, including Fair Trade and biodegradable products.
  • Fantastic new Cabouchon catalogue which now inclides items for men as well as women.

Of course there were some fantastic trainings and testimonials as you would expect from a Kleeneze conference, as well as an awesome recognition parade.  So there you have it - your Kleeneze mission, if you choose to accept it, is to build a fantastic business!

One thing is for sure - Findel are 100% behind the Kleeneze business.  They have a 5 year plan to drive this business to new heights so it seems appropriate for each distributor in the network to supplement that with their own 5 year plan.

Are you where you thought you would be 5 years ago?

Where do you want to be 5 years from now?

Make a plan, put it into action and we’ll see you at the top!

Summer conference big names

Saturday, April 21st, 2007

Kriss Akabusi – three-time Olympic medallist and one of the UK’s most respected motivational speakers - has been confirmed as the guest speaker for the Kleeneze Summer Sales Conference on 23 June. Kriss founded The Akabusi Company following an incredibly successful athletic and media career. His FIT4Business speech captivates audiences and encapsulates the passion that top athletes need to achieve victory.

His presentation will encourage team synergy and inspire you all to become ‘world-class business athletes’. The presentation will prove invaluable to all those looking to reach specific targets and achieve greater team success. This star booking is just one of a number of exciting new changes in what promises to be a marathon summer conference. Attendees can expect an event with a difference which will help you to improve on five key areas of your business: teamwork, goal setting, training, recognition, and drive and determination.

Kleeneze conferences typically attract over 5,000 people from right across the network who come together as teams, receive top training from Kleeneze’s most successful leaders and give prospects a taste for the business. In fact, it will be one of the best opportunities of the year for signing people into the Kleeneze Opportunity – so make sure you bring guests!  This is to be the first Kleeneze conference under Findel ownership and so not to be missed.

An extra £200 per month…

Thursday, April 5th, 2007

The average wage in the UK is £447 per week (Source: www.statistics.gov.uk).  Now part of that income will go towards rent/mortage, council tax, gas, electric, water, home and mobile phone, Internet, TV license, fuel and car maintenance and a whole host of other necessities.  A further slice goes on food, drink, clothing, cosmetics, household essentials etc. Then there are children’s clothes and other costs to think about, not to mention pet food and vets fees…

The point is this - what percentage of the average monthly income goes on these necessities?  For many people it will actually be around 110% meaning they go more into the red each month.  For those who do manage to stick to their budget, rather than living in sin with their flexible friends, the amount left over each month for luxuries (going out, holidays, savings etc.) is not likely to be more than £200.

£200 lifestyle money - that’s about all most people have (if they’re lucky!) and yet we can show people how to earn an extra £200 - £400 per month in just a few hours each week.  By giving up Coronation Street for a couple of evenings each week, the average person can double their spending money, and over time that £200 can grow to £2000 and beyond if they so wish.

We have an amazing opportunity to offer people.  A way of truly changing people’s lives and lifestyles, but they will only find out about it if we do our job properly, promote our business opportunity and give people the information they need to make an informed decision - so go and change someone’s life today!

Conference review

Sunday, January 7th, 2007

Wow!

Of all the conferences I’ve been to so far, this one topped the lot. There was so much news I’m only going to give the basics here and follow up with separate posts for each item over the next few days, but rest assured Findel are set to take their new Kleeneze business to the next level and beyond.

Kleeneze conference

The news in brief

With the backing of a £600 million PLC behind them, Kleeneze are launching new incentives to increase brand awareness and customer service. There will be a £1 million investment in additional stocks which, along with Findel’s logistics expertise will keep the in-stock levels at or above their current and impressive level of 98.6%. A further £1 million is being spent on brand awareness including sponsorship of the television program How clean is your house? Kleeneze are sponsoring the entire series which will run later this year.

To help with sponsoring, and to get new distributors off to the best possible start with 200 catalogues, a new ’super’ business kit has been announced. With immediate effect, the new kit which adds 150 cats to the regular business kit will be available for just £125. This is a massive discount on the current cost of starting and will run as a 3 month trial.

The business manual is also being rewritten, and the service centre will now be relaunched with Kitbag moved up to Manchester. This will mean that the entire Warmley site will now be solely dedicated to serving us.

The conferences are also changing. The European conference is being moved back to the autumn, which means that this year there will be TWO European conferences… Cannes in June, and another to be announced at the annual sales conference on June 23rd. The 2008 Kleeneze International Conference has been announced as Thailand. The destination looks amazing and I’ll post more details very soon.

If all that wasn’t enough, the car incentives have changed too! The Mini Cooper’s are staying, but the BMWs have been changed to gorgeous Jaguars, the Porsche Boxster changes to a Jaguar XK8, a new car incentive is added for Master Distributor… an Aston Martin V8 Vantage! And if that wasn’t enough, the Ferrari has now changed to a much more refined Bentley Continental GT. All the cars were driven in to the arena during the conference to thunderous applause. Now there really is something for everyone to aim for at all levels of the payplan.

Of course there was also some great training, great recognition, with 2 Mini Coopers given away, and the chance to mix and mingle with all of the top distributors. A great day was had by all and I’m sure everyone who went is now fired up and ready to go.

If there was one feeling that I think everyone who attended came away with it would be this; that the Kleeneze business opportunity is primed and ready to explode. With the backing and logistical expertise of Findel, and the vision and motivation of the network, this business will skyrocket in 2007 and beyond. Set your goals, make a plan and enjoy the ride!
