We caught a sneek preview at the Kleeneze new year conference earlier this month and it did look very good. This is not a question to ask your customers, it’s the fascinating series on Channel 4 which gives us a voyeuristic look into people’s homes. This amusing programme shows the two presenters visiting the homes of people who have a rather relaxed attitude to cleanliness! Kleeneze are committed to improving delivery accuracy from 94% (the level achieved at present), to 98%. After meetings with the network, Kleeneze realise that ensuring deliveries are accurate is far more important than offering a 24 hour service. The switch to 48 hour deliveries will mean that less orders are incorrect or late, and should be a benefit to most of us. As independent Kleeneze distributors, our businesses rely on accurate and timely deliveries from the distribution centre so we can offer unparalleled customer service. This move will ensure that continues to happen, we just need to be more aware of when we place our orders.

If you’ve visited the Kleeneze website recently you would have noticed the eye catching Flash movie advert on the first page. The flash movies which appear on the first page of the main website include a car advert, a beach scene and a conference image, all of which are real calls to action. These adverts are very easy to download; just visit the DSA and go to the Downloads section, click on Documents – Sales Aids, scroll down to Other and under this title you will find ‘Add flash movies on your site’.
