Sponsoring in Germany

Wednesday, November 1st, 2006

With over 80 million population, Germany is a massive opportunity. Starting to build a team in our largest territory can seem a daunting prospect so here are some top tips from the master himself, Gavin Scott, to help you get off to a cracking start:

  • Don’t be put off by the language barrier; many Germans speak fluent English.
  • You don’t have to be in Germany to recruit. With the growth of email and phone messaging, contacting prospects is achievable from home.
  • As with the UK, start with the people you or your friends and family know. Germany is a big country, once you ask you may be surprised how many contacts you can get.
  • Be patient, this is a huge opportunity. Keep asking questions and following up leads and you will start to see success. Just through initial prospecting, I can get up to 5 leads per day.
  • You should grow your German business in the same way you grow your business now, with the same approach and emphasis on retailing.

The multi-language DVD really brings the benefits of the Opportunity to life and you can still take advantage of the great offer of 30 DVDs for just £20! Start your sponsoring plan today and order your DVDs on code 06190.

It’s Kleeneze Christmas Time…

Thursday, November 2nd, 2006

Well here we are at the end of Period 11, about to start the busiest 4 weeks of the year! To take advantage of the season to grow your Kleeneze business here are our top tips:

  • Extra Catalogue Drops
You can drop catalogues more often at this time of year and the customers will still order. Try doing a 3 or 4 weekly round rather than a 5 or 6 week round to squeeze in an extra drop and increase your sales.
  • Demonstrate a product
We are already getting massive success from using the Relaxin’ Reindeer as a demo product.
  • Customer newsletter
Use your customer newsletter to let your customers know that they can order right up to Christmas, to inform them of special offers and to push our best products.
  • Christmas Cards
It’s the extra touches that make all the difference. Send cards to your regular Kleeneze customers and you’ll be rewarded with customer loyalty well after the festive season has ended.
  • Hold a party
This is the best time of year to try party plan. You can get some really impressive orders by holding a house party, or how about a party at the local pub! See Jan Ruhe’s “Let’s Party” for some great ideas.  Not only are parties a great way to move product, they are excellent for Networking and building a business.

The business of people development

Tuesday, November 7th, 2006

This business is all about developing people. Seeing people who come into the business with such low confidence and self esteem, and slowly progress and build to the point where they are competent and confident in running their own business, is such a joy. The income is of course the reason we all start Network Marketing, but it’s this hidden benefit which is, in some ways, even more rewarding.

When a child’s shoelace is untied we have 2 choices. We can tie it for them, and be on our way. Quick and easy. Or we can take the time and effort to show them how to tie it themselves. They will struggle, they will get it wrong, they may throw a tantrum, but eventually they will be able to tie their own laces. You will be forever free of having to do their laces for them, as you will have duplicated yourself with a child who can tie their own laces.

In our business we sponsor people who are afraid of the phone, who are incompetent at doing 1-2-1 appointments, who lack knowledge and confidence. They only way to help them, and to effectively build your business, is to invest the time and effort to teach them, to help them duplicate your efforts, and for them to eventually become an independent leader.

Teaching can be time consuming.  It can be frustrating and will not produce results as quickly as if you had simply done the job yourself. However, the rewards for you and your downline, will be independence, long term business growth and stability. More importantly your newly independent downline will now have the confidence and self belief to take their business to the next level. The monetary rewards from this business are fantastic, but it is the feeling you get from helping others to achieve independence which feels like the greatest reward of all.

Cabouchon Jewellery

Wednesday, November 8th, 2006

The Cabouchon jewellery range has got off to a great start! Sales have been incredible, so much so that there have been delays in receiving products. However, Kleeneze are due to have more stock in soon!

Here are a couple of items which are great for promoting to increase your sales:

  • Gold Plated Crystal Necklace (36919)
  • Gold Plated Crystal Bracelet (36927)

You’ll find both of these on page 9 and they make beautiful gifts for Christmas. These are the perfect party pieces to enhance any outfit and can be worn together to complement each other, but are equally attractive when worn separately. Highlight these two sparkling pieces and watch your orders grow!

The Cabouchon range is also ideal for party-plan. If you have prospects who don’t like the idea of retailing with catalogues, pitch them on doing home parties. Some of our team have done very well with parties and especially at this time of year it’s a great, and fun, way to increase your income.

Your Network Marketing Business - Jim Rohn

Wednesday, November 8th, 2006

I think there are more nuggets of wisdom on this tape than on any other tape or CD I’ve ever listened to! Jim Rohn is one of the worlds foremost speakers on business philosophy and built his fortune in network marketing. He explains the changes in his thinking that took him from being broke at the age of 25 to being rich in just 6 years.

Jim talks about the basic skills needed to build a successful business and how to apply them. He talks about the power of numbers, and how they can make up for a lack of skill at the beginning. In just one hour Jim manages to inspire and help the listener to believe in their own ability. Without doubt the best thing I’ve listened to in a long time.

How to empathise with your prospects

Thursday, November 9th, 2006

Do you ever speak to a prospect who says, “Oh it’s Kleeneze (or FLP, Amyway, Herbalife etc.), if I’d known that I wouldn’t have bothered calling for an info pack or “I’m not interested in putting catalogues through letterboxes – I’m looking for something else

Well using the “Feel, Felt, Found” method you can quickly and easily get that prospect to relate to you, get a rapport going and get them, hopefully, to look at the opportunity properly. Try something along these lines:

I know exactly how you feel, I felt the same way myself. I thought that this was just a catalogue job for people who wanted to earn a little extra pocket money. I had no idea that it was a proper network marketing business, or of the kind of potential incomes people were earning. There’s no way a couple of years ago I’d have even considered it, but after being shown the opportunity in detail, what I found was that the reality is very different from what I had perceived.

By empathising with them, and letting them know that you felt the same at first but changed your ideas after looking at your business opportunity property, it helps them to see you in a different light. They feel that you have a shared experience and that maybe there is something worth checking out – maybe if they look at the opportunity in detail then they may see what they had missed before and, like yourself, find that the reality of the business is very different to how they had perceived it.

Feel, Felt, Found is one of the key ideas that will help you get through to more prospects so try it yourself, practice using it in real situations and believe it – I’m sure that most people really did perceive the business very different before they joined than once they started sponsoring. The best way to make it sounds natural and believable, is to really feel and believe it yourself!

The November 23 issue will give ten people the chance to win a Christmas gift selection worth £200, meanwhile selling the benefits of the products and the Opportunity to the magazine’s 1,082,051 largely women readers. The magazine appeals to an audience with an interest in food, lifestyle, women’s interest, beauty, fashion and cosmetics. The article will also feature a link to the Kleeneze website.

Kleeneze are creating more opportunities for consumers to see their range of catalogues and products with the aim of helping distributors to increase their customer base and sponsorship opportunities. The November 30 issue of Pick Me Up magazine will also feature a competition.
